Our program is specifically designed to offer the highest quality service possible. By using the finest painting products available on the market, we are able to offer an unprecedented 3 year professional workmanship warranty and 10 year material warranty. But the truly unique aspect of this program is the Annual Inspections. For 3 years, MB JESSEE Painting Inc. will schedule an annual appointment to inspect your home. Anything that needs touching up, from caulking to fading, we will gladly take care of it. Call us to schedule an inspection.

MB JESSEE warrants our labor and material for a period of three (3) years. If paint failure appears we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above.

This warranty excludes consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse. temperature changes, settlement or moisture; i.e., cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction, or accumulation of dirt or other particles causing discoloration or change in appearance of materials. Cracks will be properly prepared as indicated at time of job, but are not covered by this warranty. Excludes all exterior horizontal surfaces; i.e., porches and decks.
