Why power washing is a big deal for HOAs

Sure, power washing cleans, but the importance of that cleaning goes deeper than many people realize. On one hand, it’s an opportunity to inspect. When we power wash a community we look for signs of damage and decay, like damaged stucco or wood rot. Catching and repairing these issues early drives down your maintenance costs by preventing what will certainly be a bigger fix down the road.

At the same time, power washing also removes contaminants that actually shorten the lifespan of your paint and stain. Routinely cleaned surfaces last longer and look better.

How touch-ups and routine painting save you money

Smaller investments in ongoing care go a long way to protect your budget. If you wait until total paint failure, not only do you have an unsightly property, but you also need to pay for much more extensive surface preparation, caulking, and paint products. Even if you decide to completely repaint in a few years, your surfaces will be in much better condition than they would be if you had ignored them.
