- HOA Painting
Managing a homeowners association means making decisions that affect more than just a single property - it means coordinating entire communities. And when it comes to painting, that’s a big deal. You need a partner who not only delivers beautiful results, but also understands the importance of schedules, communication, and treating every resident like a client.
At MB Jessee Painting, we’ve helped maintain and restore some of the Bay Area’s most recognizable neighborhoods. Our in-house crews show up on time, work with care, and keep things clean and professional, because that’s what it takes to do the job right in a shared community space.
Whether you’re managing a townhome development, condo complex, or planned community, we’ll make the process easy, the results impressive, and the experience smooth from start to finish.

Our HOA Painting Process
Step 1: Detailed Production Planning
We create a building-by-building, floor-by-floor or phase-by-phase roadmap, tailored to your community’s needs and approved by the board. Everyone knows what’s happening and when.
Step 2: Resident Communication
We send out community-wide notifications and individual door postings ahead of each phase. Residents get dates, instructions, and contact info so there are no surprises.
Step 3: Prep and Paint, One Building at a Time
We fully complete each phase before moving on. Our team works efficiently, keeps the site clean, and follows all safety and compliance protocols.
Step 4: Walkthrough and Sign-Off
At the end of each phase, we walk the property with the property manager, project manager, or board representative to ensure complete satisfaction before moving on.
Step 5: Progress Updates
We provide regular updates and job site photos via our online portal. You’re never in the dark about where we are or what’s next.

Project Spotlight!

Q: Can you work around our schedule, including off-hours or weekends?
Yes. We regularly coordinate around resident schedules, HOA needs, and construction timelines. We can work nights, weekends, or during planned closures, whatever fits your community best.
Q. Do you pull permits for projects?
Absolutely. We handle all necessary permits and ensure the project is compliant with local codes from start to finish.
Q: Are you experienced with high-reach painting?
Yes. Our team is safety-trained and fully certified to operate lifts, booms, and swing stages. We’ve completed large-scale exterior projects across the Bay Area, including multi-story complexes and hard-to-reach elevations.
Q. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we’ll gladly share our documentation upfront. MB Jessee Painting is licensed, bonded, and carries full general liability and workers’ compensation coverage that meets your community's requirements.
Q. Do you have subcontractors or employees?
No. We take pride in our in-house team of W-2 painters and carpenters. That means you get consistent quality, accountability, and trained professionals who care about the outcome. They’re part of our company, not a rotating crew.
Q: What if we need carpentry or wood repair too?
We’ve got you covered. Our dedicated carpentry division handles repairs, replacements, and trim work; especially important when prepping for exterior paint. No need to hire a second contractor or coordinate additional vendors.
