MB Jessee Painting is the San Francisco Bay Area’s fastest-growing residential and commercial painting company, with a reputation for exceptional work and commitment to our communities. Our Sales Manager will bring fresh focus, organization, processes, and growth to our sales team, helping us continue to dominate the local market.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
Setting, monitoring, and achieving sales goals and performance
Strengthening the sales team, acknowledging top performers and coaching those with opportunities for improvement
Leadership by example
Proactively planning sales goals, budgets, and strategies in advance (keeping an eye on the long game without losing sight of the immediate details)
Regularly communicating with MB Jessee Painting’s business manager and president
Cooperatively working to develop sales methods and systems that effectively grow the business
Maintaining a holistic approach to sales, business development, and company growth
Recruiting and training new sales reps, and providing ongoing training for reps at different stages of growth and experience
Communicating with the Crew Leaders
Providing feedback to the marketing team
Targeting the most profitable jobs
Keep a growth-oriented mentality, never settling but constantly pushing for shared success
What Can We Offer?
Job Type: full-time (7am-5pm, M-F, and approximately 5 weekend days per year)
Compensation: Up to $150k
Base salary + pay for performance

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of Sales Management experience, effectively leading a sales team
Experience using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities
Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office program
