Key Duties And Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls to the right person
Greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Send and distribute mail
Tracking leads and sources
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Updating Pipeline Deals CRM
Constant client and vendor communication
Communicate and collaborate well with internal employees, and support management on regular basis
Maintain filing systems, both electronic (Dropbox) and physical
Order office supplies

Excellent in both written and verbal communication
Able to manage time well, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Application Knowledge: Microsoft Office, G-Suite (bonus points if you have knowledge of:Pipeline CRM, PaintScout, Smartsheets, Dropbox, Microsoft Publisher)
Compensation And Benefits:
Job Type: Full time
Compensation: $25/hour plus pay-for-performance bonus after probationary period
