Exterior Residential Painting in Piedmont - Don’t Miss the Front Door Color!
We’d like to take you on a quick project tour of a house we painted in Piedmont.
Our goal is to not only share our passion for painting, but also to provide a little inspiration for you as you plan your own updates and improvements here in the Bay Area.
After all, there’s no better form of inspiration than seeing a real-life example of what well-chosen colors and a careful application can do.

Exterior House Painting - A Closer Look at Our Process
Here is this Piedmont home as we first got the process started.
Surface preparation is the key to a successful, quality paint job (learn more about that here!). And, we not only carefully prep the surface (cleaning, sanding, repairing, etc...), but we also take the time to protect our client’s property and landscaping.
Next, we painted the trim and gutters white. Outlining and defining the edges creates such a clean, crisp look.
And, with the trim painted and all the prep complete, we painted the body of the home. We love this warm, attractive yellow - the curb appeal skyrockets, doesn’t it?
Don’t Forget the Front Door!
Nothing completes a modern paint job like an accent door, providing both unique style and a warm welcome for anyone stopping by.
In this case, the blue offers an ideal bit of contrast with the yellow body. This color combo is both stylish and really timeless; when you can achieve that, it’s a win-win.
