Basic Function

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordination of MB Jessee Painting Inc and its stakeholders (clients and employees). The Scheduling Coordinator's primary responsibility is scheduling professional development events, territory management, and actively coordinating our customers' and employees’ [internal/external] requirements pertaining to the implementation of MB Jessee Painting’s products and services.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to identify and complete all required administrative and job-related duties. Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and manage administrative tasks independently and at a self-directed pace.
  • Maximizing production schedule output requires that you regularly identify and communicate gaps and opportunities in availability to our Sales team, while balancing our production team resources through the management of variables such as weather, staffing, and multi-team coordination.
  • Must have a basic understanding of fundamental business concepts relating to operational objectives, planning, key metrics, forecasting and customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Ability to enthusiastically function within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial service culture. Requires high energy and a passion to drive the business forward and a willingness to actively participate within a tam environment.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information before our customers, management and employees of organization.
  • Actively share information as required with employees and team members.
  • Accurately and timely document, update and complete all assigned tasks associated with the support and administration activities within your assigned customer base, territory and request from co-workers.
  • Help in employees advocate, implement training and development
  • Establishes and maintains team procedures that support the smooth flow of project/offerings scheduling implementations and communications to the field team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail and numbers
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Friendly Phone & Customer Service Skills
  • Organizational, planning & time management skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • Previous Phone/Scheduling Experience Preferred

El Coordinador de Recursos brinda apoyo administrativo al Departamento de Producción, coordinando activamente con los clientes para alistar sus proyectos para la producción. Promover la retención de los empleados e intercede de parte. Realiza un seguimiento del crecimiento y desarrollo de los empleados para futuras promociones y oportunidades profesionales.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Maximizar la producción requiere que identifique y comunique regularmente los huecos en el horario y oportunidades de disponibilidad a nuestro equipo de Ventas, al tiempo que equilibra los recursos de nuestro equipo de producción a través de la gestión de variables como el clima, el personal y la coordinación de varios equipos.
  • Implementar entrenamientos de crecimiento y el desarrollo para los empleados
  • Entender los procedimientos para poder ofrecer asistencia en la programación de nuevos proyectos .
  • Documente de manera precisa y oportuna, actualice y complete todas las tareas asignadas asociadas con las actividades de soporte y administración dentro de su base de clientes asignada, comuníquese con el cliente según sea necesario.
  • Ayudar en contrataciones y orientación, incluyendo reclutar , llamar a los candidatos, verificar referencias e historial de trabajo, asegurar que documentación de contratación está llena correctamente, repasar los beneficios y el libro del empleado.
  • Comunicarse con los empleados,incluyendo mensajes generales , eventos de la compañía, cursos de entrenamiento, actualizaciones de archivos de empleados.
