Project Color 2025: Donating Our Skills To the Richmond Art Center

Here at MB Jessee Painting, “community” isn’t just a word—it’s a commitment, and one of our core values as a business.
One of the ways we live that out is through our annual Project Color Painting for Charity Giveaway. Each year, we donate our time and talent to a local nonprofit or individual who could use a little color—and a lot of encouragement. We’ve included videos below that showcase our last couple of charity painting projects, just in case you’d like to see more!
Giving Back Through Paint
For this year’s Project Color event, we were honored to give back to the Richmond Art Center, a space that has inspired countless Bay Area artists and creatives. With their landmark Time & Tide exhibition approaching—a celebration of the work of renowned artist John Wehrle—the timing was perfect.
We helped refresh two of the center’s key galleries, giving them a crisp, clean look just in time for the exhibit’s opening. It was more than a fresh coat of paint; it was about supporting art and ensuring the community had a vibrant space to gather and celebrate a local artist.
Painting with Purpose
Every Project Color event is a reminder that painting can do more than improve aesthetics—it can uplift, energize, and bring people together. Whether we’re working on a home, a business, or a nonprofit space like this one, our goal is the same: to use our skills to leave a lasting impact and legacy.
